We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with all products and services that we offer. If you wish to return a product, contact our office for an RMA and shipping instructions. We will only accept returns on a case by case by case basis. Returned items will only be accepted if all original packing materials and paperwork is included. All refunds are subject to a minimum 50% restocking charge. We may in some situations allow returns on demo or trial units. Contact our office for more information. We will not accept returns for refund or credit after 30 days. We are always happy to assist with manufacturer warranties. Although we normally ship primarily in the continental US, we do at times utilize overseas carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. In most cases it will be less costly for you to arrange your own overseas shipments. We are, however, glad to assist you with the various declaration forms for a nominal fee. These fees vary by the complexity of the paperwork involved but rarely exceed $ 40.00 per shipment.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If your item indicates free shipping, then there will be no charge for ground shipments.
